Comment 7 for bug 46096

I see no need for me or anyone else to have to manually use the command dpkg-reconfigure debconf just to install something as necessary as java.

Although it's jsut an annoyance to me i'm sure tons of people wont even be able to figure out why there java or anyhting with that kind of license won't isntall for them.
