Binary package hint: ispell
I had this error while upgrading from 8.04 to 8.10. It was difficult to tell what actual package it was/etc. I hope you have enough info, but I can answer more if necessary.
I suspect it's very similar to #223807 "package ibritish 3.1.20.0-4.4 failed to install/upgrade:

From your log the error is: perl5/Debian/ DictionariesCom mon.pm line 457. remove- default- ispell line 3. remove- default- ispell line 3.
