Fwiw, the ispell-fi was removed from Debian as a result of https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=640777, see the bug report for details. The removal request mentions https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/suomi-malaga which it sounds like it might be a replacement.
