  * Upgraded for ispell (>= 3.3.02) arch:any to arch:all (Closes: #623071).
  * Rebuild using the latest dictionaries-common-dev (Closes: #566806).
  * Updated my contact info in debian/[control|copyright|rules].
  * Declared debian/source/format.
