Kubuntu 17.10, kernel 4.13.0-37-generic, Dell E6330 with Intel graphics (iucode-tool: system has processor(s) with signature 0x000306a9, cpuinfo attached), after intel-microcode upgrade to 3.20180312.0~ubuntu17.10.1 => lockup during boot after entering disk encryption password but before login screen appears.

Boot with 4.13.0-36-generic => no problem.
