Right now this bug is only affecting a very small number of people, and
is completely unclear what is causing it.
As I've said above, I am completely at a loss as to why this isn't
working for you - and I have run out of ideas to debug.
At this point, it's up to somebody who is affected by this bug to do the
necessary debugging and figure out what's wrong.
Raising the Importance won't do anything
