Binary package hint: inkscape

The Inkscape team has released another pre-release version of 0.46. This release fixes a huge number of bugs including extensions, printing, live-path effects and a significant number of translation updates. This fixes all of the Inkscape teams release blockers except translations and 1 code fix. It is likely to be very close to the final 0.46 release.

It should replace the 0.46pre2 currently in Hardy. Diffstat attached.

Currently the deb file is in the "inkscape-testers" PPA for testing.
