  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1471394). Remaining changes:
    - debian/control:
      + build-depend on dh-translation to handle Ubuntu translation,
      + demote pstoedit from Recommends to Suggests (because it's in
        universe),
    - debian/rules:
      + add dh_translation to handle Ubuntu translation
