Comment 15 for bug 1417470

I know this isn't the ideal solution, but it's the simple one, and will probably do until someone with better knowledge of cairo rendering has time to work on this.

I disabled multiplpe pages in pdf+latex output, see my branch:

This makes the feature of exporting to latex usable again, but always writing the text on top of all the layers (with whatever transparency that text has), as was the old behaviour.
