initramfs-tools (0.142ubuntu15) mantic; urgency=medium

  * scripts/functions: do not fail to configure networking too quickly. In
    particular make sure an unsuccessful attempt to run DHCP takes at least
    $ROUNDTTT seconds. (LP: #2037202)
