/usr/sbin/mkinitramfs: 133: .: cannot open /usr/share/initramfs-tools/conf-hooks.d/cryptsetup: No such device or address
This file should be shipped by cryptsetup-initramfs. Do you have cryptsetup-initramfs installed? If yes, the file system is damaged and reinstalling cryptsetup-initramfs should solve it.
