Same but with 6.7. I think this is basically a dupe of #1875407, #1876376, #1897747, #1898397, and several other similar bugs. In my case, /boot was full, because old kernels had not been removed. Are they not removed automatically? I was under the impression that they were. In any case, if there is no space, a clearer error here seems warranted.
