Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

sed: kann /usr/share/plymouth/themes/ubuntu-text/ubuntu-text.plymouth nicht lesen: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
E: /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/plymouth failed with return 2.

This bug is a duplicate of bug #1532355.
