Rhythmbox doesn't restore if minimised

To reproduce:
 * Start Rhythmbox
 * Play a song
 * Minimise the window
 * Click on the speaker icon in the indicator area
 * See the Rhythmbox label, skip, and play button
 * Click on the Rhythmbox label
 * See the Rhythmbox icon wiggle in the launcher bar but the window not appear
