(oneiric)No dropdown menu under power button on panel

Hi

Using fully updated oneiric. There is no drop down menu under the power button on top panel.

I am not sure if this is a bug in indicator session.Please feel free to change it to whatever appropriate the bug squad deems fit.

Basically i dont have any restart or shutdown options on panel or on the greeter screen.
