Comment 0 for bug 819495

System is up-to-date. Log out-in, indicator-session states 'updates available...' Click and open update-manager, which is empty, reload package list, empty, now it states 'software up-to-date'.
update-notifier autolaunch intervall is set to 0 by user.
Expected.
When there're actually no updates available don't say so.
