Katie's spec for the welcome screen, in progress, currently says "Top-edge swipe: If pin authentication is on, private information requires entering pin". <http://goo.gl/NL6Gt> This implies that non-private information in indicators is accessible from a top-edge swipe at the welcome screen, *regardless* of whether a PIN code is set.

Safest would be for the indicator code to assume that all information is private unless specified otherwise. So what I need to do, when specifying the wi-fi indicator for phone, is to specify that wi-fi networks are not private.
