i'll try again - i'll wipe my device as well to go fresh (as the only time the indicators weren't accessible was at greeter)
on the topic of greeter/lock screen, i actually do not think its sensible to be able to tinker with anything there.....this is a key difference between desktop and mobile. there is a lot of hand manipulation of a device, carrying it, playing with it, hitting it accidently with fingers in your pocket.....this is precisely why you shouldn't be able to access items from a lock screen (its as much about preventing inadvertent user input as security)
