Bug Description

Hello!

1) I have installed on VirbualBox, Edubuntu amd64 (10a0abbefa754b36869be07fb2460bf1 *raring-dvd-amd64.iso 20130111).
2) On the session "gnome fallback", on the high panel, I have clicked on the time.
3) On the "setting Date & Time" this link is false because is launched "gnome-control-center (view screencast).

Thank you for your bug report, that's because the indicator loads "indicator-datetime" which is only available under Unity, not sure how to best resolve that since the GNOME remix guys probably want to keep displaying the GNOME upstream version.

We could make g-c-c translate "datetime" to "indicator-datetime" automatically under Unity (as we do for other panels) and just make indicator-datetime call "datetime", that would half resolve the issue only though since you would then get a panel to load but not the version which contains the settings for the indicator...
