Hmm, let's try: for the user digikam image viewer fails:
o is digikam started in a KDE/Gnome or whatever session?
o are any RTLD_* of LD_* environment vars set?
o Does 'ldd /usr/bin/digikam' or 'ldd /usr/lib/libdigikam.so'
list any libs outside /usr/lib /lib or /usr/X11R6/lib?
o what's the output of
dpkg -l ` dpkg -S \`ldd /usr/bin/digikam | awk '{print $3}'\` | awk -F: '{print $1}' | sort | uniq`
and output for /usr/lib/libdigikam.so
Johannes, that the difference of the dpkg -l ` dpkg -S ...
of your working home-build 0.7-1 and not working 0.7-2?

To me vi is Zen. To use vi is to practice zen. Every command is
a koan. Profound to the user, unintelligible to the uninitiated.
