Can you please attach the following information from a boot with the beta2 version?
 - /etc/network/interfaces
 - /var/log/boot.log
 - output of 'cat /proc/mounts'
 - output of 'ls -l /etc/network/'
 - output of 'ls -l /var/'
 - output of 'ls -l /run'
