Hmm, I can't reproduce this error on a Debian machine but seeing this
line in the build log:
checking how to recognise dependent libraries... file_magic ELF [0-9][0-9]*-bit [LM]SB (shared object|dynamic lib )
it seems that the package probably needs a libtool update on arm. Don't
know if this is related to the problem of the submitter.
