Bug Description

Binary package hint: icecc-monitor

icemon (1.1-3ubuntu1) on ubuntu 9.04 no longer displays any information on distributed compilations.
The last version that worked for me is 1.1-2 on ubuntu 8.10.

I report the same behaviour on Kubuntu 9.04. Icemon outputs the following:

kbuildsycoca running...
ignoring localhost lo
broadcast eth0 192.168.230.255
ignoring localhost lo
broadcast eth0 192.168.230.255
scheduler is on 192.168.230.26:8765 (net browser)

My /etc/icecc/icecc.conf is configured to use ICECC_NETNAME="browser", but despites the fact that icemon finds the scheduler, it doesn't show anything on any of the view modes.

I can confirm this as well. Works fine in Kubuntu 8.10 but not in 9.04. Distribution works fine, but the monitor does not display anything. I did not change any settings at all from the defaults.

Additional info: using the icemon package from intrepid works too, so it looks like a regression since jaunty. I put some instructions about this on my blog:
