Another workaround:
1. edit /usr/share/applications/ibus.desktop
 from "Exec=ibus-daemon --xim" to "Exec=ibus-daemon --xim --replace"
2. start Dash on Unity
3. input "ibus" and enter
4. ibus-daemon restart
