Are you kidding me? What bug is that? Could you please link me? I can't believe this is happening. They are intentionally crippling Ubuntu.

As for Compiz, I know it does this, especially with the Rotate Cube plugin, but I've disabled that. And yes, some themes have been fixed, but the best ones still have the problem (for example Dust Sand).
