Since we're considering the human-theme update to use 16,16px buttons sizes by default, can we escalate this bug?

As a minimum, we need the following icons to be provided with 16,16px icons:

Human/16x16/actions/dialog-ok.png
Human/16x16/actions/gtk-ok.png

Without these icons, the buttons on certain applications (such as Firefox and tsclient) will have mixed 24,24px and 16,16px icons on buttons, with the larger button size to accommodate the larger icons.
