For some reason, /var/run/havp didn't exist during the postinst:

Configurando havp (0.91-1.2ubuntu1) ...
chown: no se puede acceder a «/var/run/havp»: No existe el fichero o el directorio
dpkg: error al procesar havp (--configure):
 el subproceso instalado el script post-installation devolvió el código de salida de error 1
