Thanks, i have edited the fdi file to make it work, but i don't know how to create packages...
but if you want to make it work you can :
1- install the package
2- move the file attached here to :
"/usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/10osvendor/10-sony-laptop-panel-mgmt-policy.fdi "
