well i resolved in a non clean way: installing Debian. I think it is only a
compile problem, because the Ubuntu pre-compilated 686 kernel has a bad
configuration for the APIC module.
After a lot of tries i found out it was a better choice to change OS, but
you can try to recompile if you want.
