Actually no - for Dells Fn+F1 maps to Hibernate, not Sleep. Still doesn't work, though, but perhaps for different reasons.
Fn+F3 (Battery) also does not work, however I can't confirm it ever worked.
All of my other media keys are working correctly (brightness, volume, eject, etc.)
