My Freecom 120 GB USB drive fails to mount when I reboot Feisty with two USB devices attached:

* Neodio Technologies Corp. 7-in-1 Card Reader
* Freecom Technologies 120 GB USB drive, HTS42121 2H9AT00

It mounts if you detach and then reattach it (ie still with the 7-in-1 card reader attached)

It mounts if you reboot without the 7-in-1 card reader attached.

This problem didn't occur on Edgy.
