  * Add debian/patches/01_dell_cdrom_nopoll.patch: Re-introduce disabling of
    Dell Inspiron laptop CD-ROMs (GCC-4240N), since due to a weird hardware
    bug they cause extreme slowdown. (LP: #48499)
