Gxine missing maximise button in Feisty

Bug Description

Hi

Gxine does not have maximise button on my feisty install . ( Metcacity )

There is nothing to reproduce as i have never seen the maximise button .

So its 100 % reproducible .

Works fine with the beryl or compiz window managers
