Having the same problem. I'm using Ubuntu 12.10 with Cinnamon. Using default cinnamon theme with the following:
Window theme: Adwaita
Cursor theme: DMZ-White
Keybinding theme: Default
Icon theme: ubunto-mono-dark
GTK+ theme: Adwaita
