Comment 16 for bug 517021

Just adding my vote here. I have seen this ever since upgrading to 11.10 on multiple machines.
It is really annoying.

This happens on a 64-bit desktop and a 32-bit laptop. (I can't remember, but I think the laptop had 11.10 installed
directly and wasn't an upgrade.)

I have been using Ubuntu for years and haven't see this on earlier releases.
