To be honest I am not sure what I have.
I have been upgrading this laptop over the years starting from ubuntu 8.

So far I have not been able to automount my disk however. I noticed in dmesg it says the following:

FAT-fs (sdc1): Volume was not properly unmounted. Some data may be corrupt. Please run fsck.

So I ran fsck and also I mounted and cleanly unmounted the disk on a windows machine but still no luck.
