Printing always sends in "letter" format, disrespecting the printer driver setting that is clearly set to "A4"
can be solved by ; sudo dpkg-reconfigure libpaper1
but the real solution should be that default paper format should depend on the locale variable.
LC_PAPER="nb_NO.UTF-8" <- should mean A4.
