I've done more tests and it seems that it's not a problem with & in
the URL at all. It's rather issue only with &image. Sorry for confusing
bug report title :)
Please try with following examples to see the bug:

http:// www.domain. org/index. php?text= 1&image= 2&video= 3
My Evolution displays the first URL in proper way. The second URL
is displayed badly.
