I installed gtk4 4.10.3+ds-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 23.04. I successfully completed Test Case 1. The portal-test app seems to work about as well as it did before.

I used a variety of gtk4 apps (gnome-control-center, gnome-text-editor, gnome-console, nautilus) and they all work well.

The autopkgtests and build tests have all passed.

I verified that this gtk4 update works well with both mutter 44.0-2ubuntu4.23.04.1 (currently in lunar-updates) and mutter 44.1-0ubuntu1 (currently in lunar-proposed).
