Hello. Thank you for reporting this bug.
First, if you could let us know what addons you are running on Firefox, then ensure that the outline also occurs if you run Firefox without addons, that would go a long way to isolating the problem.

Also, please let us know what version of Clearlooks you have, and if it is not the most recent one, please try updating. Firefox version (as in, 3.03b, etc.) would also help. Have you tried to recreate this in other browsers? Ubuntu version number would be good, as well.
