issues and most upstream softwares are not made to deal with it.
the grips will be also dropped from the default gtk3 theme since unity
has resize borders (lp: #744993)
- will fix issues with libreoffice (lp: #749986) and splash screens
in other softwares (lp: #704105, #734381)
