Bug Description
Changing the width of the columns in nautilus list view behaves in a strange way.
E.g. trying to change the size of the second column (in my case the size column) at the right border also moves the left border of this column. The lower width limit of the file name column is much bigger than the longest file name.
Resort of the columns doesn't affect this behaviour.

I can confirm this. By repeating the step outlined by Florian, nautilus acts as described; resizing a column in nautilus (when in list view) affects the left-most column. I've tried another GTK application in Applications- >Accessories- >Manage Print Jobs, and this behaviour is not replicated, so I'm marking it as a nautilus bug and not one of GTK.
