Bug Description
Binary package hint: gthumb
I view a picture, select crop from the "Image" menu, select a crop in the crop dialogue, click apply.
The crop is not applied to the picture. The picture is completely unchanged.

You have to click the "Crop" button BEFORE clicking "Apply". The "Crop" button is in the upper-left corner of the crop button, diagonally opposite the "Apply" button.
This is a confusing and user-hostile layout. Upstream bug http:// bugzilla. gnome.org/ show_bug. cgi?id= 408342.
