upgraded to 9.04 and I still have this bug
gsynaptics version is 0.9.14-8
I'm going to try the script discussed above, but it's just a workaround. Is there any effort underway to fix the problem so that we don't need the script to make it work? Seems like gsynaptics shouldn't forget it's settings in the first place.
