BurakkuChi's fix does work for me sometimes. After resuming from suspend, my saved touchpad settings in gsynaptics are loaded. However, after several suspend cycles, both touchpad and keyboard no longer work upon resuming from suspend. At this point, i have to reset my dell laptop.
