I gave you a link to playlist just because the administrators of this radio change the direct URL of aac+ stream from time to time and you could just face the situation when my direct link no longer works because the admins moved the stream to another server. Playlist, in contrast, is always up-to-date.

Now answering your question. Yes, I have the same problems with skipping the audio of the stream while playing it in the terminal using script you provided.
