I use totem-xine and it doesn't play the file, no plugin found to play that kind of file.

As far as I understand, the format is designed by http://www.un4seen.com/ . The library to play the files seems to be proprietary. More info on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MO3 and http://www.un4seen.com/mo3.html . Somebody has also specified the format unofficially http://lclevy.free.fr/mo3/ .

For example, Malekith (http://malekith.free.fr/) has released some tunes in MO3 format. One such file can be found in http://malekith.free.fr/Modules/cotrs.zip .
