Apport tells me that gst-plugins-ugly blew up.
Before, the login-screen wouldnt appear, only after "sudo restart lightdm" from a shell.
So, for most non-technical users this bug amounts to "Can't log in".
This happened before, when the fglrx driver weren't installed yet.
