Bug Description
When my webcam is plugged in it gets detected properly, the gspcav driver loads and sets up /dev/video correctly, but the picture captured is completely wrong (almost-empty static image, color distortions around edge, see image below).

I can confirm this, i have the same webcam type, and i get a yellow border/white static image...
Using Kubuntu Feisty.
