Just rebooted with a screen on it and it reboot with out touching the keyboard.

I have "Welcome to Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.13.0-39-generic x86_64)"

Not sure what I did to fix it because I did not test a reboot right after the fix.
